With her big-screen career in tatters, Lindsay Lohan is cozying up to Lauren Conrad, hoping to land a gig on MTV's "The Hills", sources tell the Enquirer in an article that is published this week. The troubled 21-year-old star - who's battled drug and alcohol problems - has reportedly been "unattached" from her latest film project, the indie movie "The Manson Girls."
But Lilo, who is set to appear in the season finale and five episodes next season of ABC's "Ugly Betty," cozied up to Lauren, 22, at a Cinco de Mayo party at the Crown Bar in West Hollywood, according to insiders. "Lindsay was there with her close friend Samantha Ronson, but Sam was Deejaying the whole time, so Lauren and Lindsay were buddies all night," a source told The Enquirer.
"Their new friendship may not be good for Lindsay's efforts to shed her party-girl image, since Lauren loves to go clubbing," the writer speculates. But it could be good for her effort to get into TV because Lauren's close friends always end up on her show.

Amy Winehouse's aunt wants the singer locked up to save her from drugs.The family member, who described her self only as Sue, called for her incarceration during a phone call to British radio station 5Live during a debate about drugs, which mentioned the 24-year-old star - who this week was told she would not face any further police action over a video of her smoking what appeared to be crack cocaine.
Sue said: "Sometimes in our heart of hearts - and this is going to sound ever so bad - we wish she would be incarcerated and maybe that would help get her off the drugs."

Just hours before Victoria Beckhan was due to launch her range of DVB denims at Harrods, the socialite stopped off at Selfridges to drum up interest in her latest little business venture.

"It really upset him when she lets him down. She books visits and doesn't turn up so no one else can go," Thomas added.

Brad Pitt and pregnant Angelina Jolie took their adopted sons to a sonogram at the weekend.
The pair - who are reportedly expecting twins - took seven-year-old Maddox and four-year-old Pax to the medical centre to "meet" their unborn siblings on America's Mother's Day (11.05.08).
A source close to the couple said: "Angelina was due for a scan and her and Brad thought it would be cool to do it on Mother's Day and take Maddox and Pax along to see the twins for themselves on the sonogram machine."
Brad and Angelina - who is said to be planning to give birth in France, where they are currently on holiday - decided to leave adopted daughter Zahara, three, and 23-month-old biological daughter Shiloh, at home, but wanted the older children to understand the "pregnancy process".
