Bronzed and slim Britney prepares for a comeback that will 'blow fans away'

Looking groomed and tanned, Britney Spears was barely recognisable as the troubled star photographed everywhere she went earlier this year.

But having taken some time out to focus on herself and her sons, it seems the singer could be capable of making the astounding comeback her industry insiders have promised.

Sporting her trademark long beach-blonde hair, a slimline Britney stepped out of Beverly Hills BV2 hair salon where she had spent a reported four hours preparing for her upcoming appearance on Madonna's tour.

In a knee-length, high-necked sundress and oversized sunglasses the Baby One More Time singer looked every inch the star who once dominated the charts.

And if insiders are to be believed Britney will be regaining her Princess of Pop moniker very soon.

The 26-year-old star is currently making a video that will be screened on the Queen of Pop's upcoming 'Sweet and Sticky' performances.

An Spears insider said to E! News: 'The video will be very deep. You’ve never seen Britney like this before. It will blow your mind.”

Although filming is currently halted due to technical glitches, the video will feature the star performing in an elevator.

Madonna's publicist Liz Rosenburg has confirmed Britney is being filmed for the 50-year-old's tour but refused to reveal more.

She said: “There is footage being shot of Britney some time this week in conjunction with Madonna’s upcoming tour. That is all the information I have available. The rest is a secret.”

"Young children were crying and for a moment I feared it was going to turn into a scene from a disaster movie."Fire crews quickly arrived on the scene to douse the engines with foam.Victoria and her sons were ferried back to the airport separately from the other passengers to give her time to change out of the flight pyjamas she was wearing.
The source added: "I was sitting a few rows back from Victoria and her sons, who were at the front of the plane. Victoria wasn't wearing any make-up and had changed into the pyjamas provided by the airline."Her husband David and their eldest son, nine-year-old Brooklyn, were not on the flight.
